农村小学的课堂多以教师传授知识、讲授教材为主,重视学生知识的掌握,忽略了学生能力的培养。再加上农村学生生活单一,见识少,锻炼的机会不多,造成了学生不愿说、不敢说、不会说的现象,制约了学生语言表达能力的提高。从学生上课质疑解疑的能力来看,大部分学生不能主动发言;有些学生即使发言,也是词不达意,声音极轻,没有自信;有些学生干脆是“金口”难开。对此,我们一直在思考、在交流、在探索,试图找到一种方法,让学生在主观上产生“我要说”的愿望,在逐步掌握了说的技巧后,进而达到“我会说”的目的。
