以酪蛋白和明胶为蛋白源,豆油为脂肪源配制团头鲂幼鱼基础饲料,制成维生素C水平为0.2、33.4、65.8、133.7、251.5mg/kg和501.5 mg/kg的6种等氮等能的试验饲料。每种试验饲料随机投喂3组实验团头鲂幼鱼,每天投喂3次,达饱食水平,试验周期为90 d。结果表明,随着饲料中维生素C添加量的增加,增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR)呈先上升而后趋于平缓的趋势,其中251.5 mg/kg和501.5 mg/kg Vc添加组团头鲂WG、SGR显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各组间肝体比(HSI)和肥满度(CF)无显著性差异,仅133.7 mg/kg Vc添加组团头鲂脏体比(VSI)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲料中添加65.8~501.5mg/kg Vc显著降低了血液中白细胞(WBC)数量;添加65.8 mg/kgVc显著降低了血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活力,133.7 mg/kg和501.5mg/kg试验组显著降低了谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的水平;添加501.5mg/kg Vc显著提高了团头鲂血清中甘油三酯(TG)的水平;添加133.7 mg/kg Vc显著提高了肌肉中SOD活性(P<0.05)。饲料中维生素C不同添加量对团头鲂幼鱼成活率、血液中红细胞(RBC)数量、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平、肌肉蒸煮损失等均无显著影响(P>0.05)。以鱼体增重率为评价指标,经折线模型回归分析,得到团头鲂幼鱼饲料中Vc的适宜添加量为150 mg/kg。

There was no significant difference between the dietary vitamin C supplementation and the survival rate of RBC, RBC, serum ALP and muscle cooking loss (P> 0.05). With the weight gain rate of fish as the evaluation index, the regression equation of the polyline model was used to get the suitable dosage of Vc for 150 mg / kg.
