一九九○年以来,我们在优选瓦楞纸板生产线设备的项目中,连续两次运用价值工程中的价值分析技法,取得了较为显著的经济效果和社会效果。 一、问题的提出 我厂是一家具有20多年纸箱加工历史的老厂,生产技术、产品质量和企业管理等方面在同行业中占有一定的优势,因而成为中国包协团体会员单位,江苏省外贸包装公司包装定点生产厂。并首批获得出口包装商检许可证。但是改革开放以来,随着我国包装工业,特别是出口商品包装工业的迅猛发展,我厂面临着急烈的行业竞争和市场竞争。如果再不上马流水生产线,就不能增强企业实力和形成规模效益,甚至就有可能在外部竞争和内部改造过程中被自然淘汰或自我淘汰的危险。因此,尽快上马瓦楞纸板流水生产线已成为全厂干部职工的共识。
