我公司供应处,前些年在物资管理的全过程中,推广应用了价值工程,取得了显著的经济效益。在新的形势下,我认为不能停留在原有的水平上,而应该把推广应用价值工程,向广度深度发展。结合我处在近年来应用价值工程的情况。我觉得在物资供应管理中,只有推广应用价值工程,才是提高经济效益的重要途径。从以下四方面浅谈一下我们的具体做法。
