本文对水球、举重运动员集训期膳食及蛋白质供给情况进行了调查。发现蛋白质、脂肪摄入偏高,糖摄入不足,V_A、V_(B1)、V_(B2)、V_(PP)摄入均示不足。主要原因是肉类摄入过多,烹调用油量大和主食摄入过少所致。文章提出了运动员合理膳食和科学安排的食谱要求。
This article investigated the diet and protein supply of water polo and weightlifting athletes during training camp. Found that protein, fat intake is high, inadequate intake of sugar, V_A, V_ (B1), V_ (B2), V_ (PP) intake are shown inadequate. Mainly due to excessive intake of meat, cooking oil consumption and staple food caused by too little intake. The article proposes the dietary and scientific dietary requirements of athletes.
