文章概括介绍了由铁道部科学研究院机车车辆研究所和南京石棉塑料制品厂共同研制407G型高摩合成闸瓦的过程,闸瓦材质配方设计的原则、方法,1:1制动动力试验台以及现车试验结果。通过四个铁路局三年多的运用表明,407G型高摩合成闸瓦适用于我国不同地区,特别是对解决坡道地区制动问题,有着明显效果。它也是解决长大重载列车制动问题的主要措施之一。
This paper introduces the principle and method of formula design of brake shoe made of 407G friction stir brake shoe jointly developed by Rolling Stock Research Institute of Ministry of Railways and Nanjing Asbestos Plastic Products Factory. The 1: 1 brake dynamic test bench And the current car test results. Through the use of four railway administrations for more than three years, it has been shown that the 407G high-friction brake shoe is suitable for different regions in China, especially for solving the problem of braking in the ramp area and has obvious effects. It is also one of the main measures to solve the problem of braking on a heavy haul train.
