目的:比较研究北柴胡和红柴胡在解热、抗炎、镇痛及保肝等方面药效作用间的差异。方法:wistar大鼠和昆明种小鼠随即分为5组正常组、模型组、北柴胡组、红柴胡组和阳性对照组,分别采用大鼠2,4-二硝基苯酚致热实验、小鼠光热法致尾痛实验、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验及四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤实验进行药效评价与验证。结果:结果表明,北柴胡的抗炎、镇痛作用比红柴胡好,而红柴胡的解热作用优于北柴胡。结论:中药的品种对其疗效会产生很重要的影响,建议在临床用药时北柴胡和红柴胡不可混用,应注明其品种,以确保中药疗效的稳定性。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the pharmacodynamic effects of Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum chinense in antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hepatoprotective effects. Methods: Wistar rats and Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, Bupleurum group, Bupleurum group and positive control group. Rats were induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol , Mice induced by light-induced fever tail pain test, mouse peritoneal capillary permeability test and carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in mice experiment evaluation and validation. Results: The results showed that Bupleurum anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect is better than that of Bupleurum, while Bupleurum antipyretic effect is better than Bupleurum chinense. Conclusion: The varieties of traditional Chinese medicine will have a very important effect on the curative effect. It is suggested that Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum chinense should not be mixed with each other in clinical application, and the varieties should be indicated to ensure the stability of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
