近年来,经济、科技的全球一体化发展将人们共同带入到了大数据的时代当中,而大数据时代的来临对企业的管理决策提出了更为深入的要求。在大数据环境下,传统的企业管理决策已难以满足企业发展的全方位需求,故对于企业而言,其需要对自身管理决策进行适应性的调整,以保障自身在大数据环境下的长期、持续发展。在此背景下,本文首先就大数据的概念和特征进行了简要的分析,然后对大数据环境下的企业管理决策进行了深入的分析。
