矿井提升机操作系统人机界面综合评价是提升机操作系统设计中的一个非常重要的问题。以往提升机操作系统研制过程中往往为其工程质量提出种种衡量标准而忽视了人机界面综合评价,常导致设计出的操作系统人机界面存在不少工效学问题。针对此问题,提出了一种综合评价方法。该方法基于以人为中心的人机交互设计思想,运用人机工程学知识和模糊数学理论及方法对矿井提升机操作系统人机界面进行工效学评价。该方法考虑了工效学评价的模糊性,能较客观、科学地对矿井提升机操作界面工效学进行定量的综合评价。应用此方法,结合研究项目,对某矿提升机操作系统人机界面工效进行评价,评价结果较符合实际状况。
Mine hoist operating system Human-machine interface comprehensive evaluation of the hoist operating system design is a very important issue. In the past, the development of elevator operating system often put forward various measures for the quality of its construction and neglected the comprehensive evaluation of human-machine interface, often resulting in ergonomics problems in HMI of the operating system. Aiming at this problem, a comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. Based on human-centered design idea of human-computer interaction, this method uses ergonomics and fuzzy mathematics theory and method to evaluate ergonomics of human-machine interface of mine hoist operating system. The method takes into account the ambiguity of ergonomics evaluation and can objectively and scientifically quantitatively evaluate the ergonomics of mine hoist operating interface. Applying this method, combined with the research project, to evaluate the man-machine interface efficiency of a mine hoist operating system, the evaluation results are more in line with the actual situation.
