生物组织介电谱的研究是生物电磁学的一个重要课题,通过遗传算法应用4阶Cole-Cole模型,在10 Hz-100 GHz宽频范围内进行数据拟合和参数提取,得到宽频范围内肌肉组织、脑灰质和脑白质组织的介电谱。结果显示,应用遗传算法曲线拟合的参数与文献中的参数能较好的吻合。本文验证了该算法对于多参数以及参数之间数量级跨度大的Cole-Cole模型的有效性和正确性。
The study of bio-tissue dielectric spectroscopy is an important issue in bioelectromagnetics. By using the fourth-order Cole-Cole model, the genetic algorithm is used to perform data fitting and parameter extraction in the wide frequency range of 10 Hz-100 GHz to obtain muscle tissue in a wide frequency range , Gray matter and white matter tissue of the dielectric spectrum. The results show that the parameters fitting curve fitting with genetic algorithm can well fit the parameters in the literature. This paper verifies the validity and correctness of the proposed algorithm for Cole-Cole models with multiple parameters and large magnitude spans between parameters.
