运用文献资料、实地调研、专家咨询等研究方法,以重庆大学城作为个案,对我国普通高校实施体育资源一体化的理论构想与政策建议进行了探讨。首先,对大学城体育资源一体化的相关概念进行了阐述,就重庆大学城体育资源一体化的内容及其特点进行了梳理,并从5个方面分析了我国普通高校实施体育资源一体化的意义与价值;其次,根据重庆大学城体育资源现状及利用效率来看,重庆大学城体育师资力量的职称结构、学历结构和年龄结构分布较为合理,运动技能水平较高,赛事与教学实践指导经验较为丰富。但各高校的办学模式仍相对传统,多以寄宿制管理为主,都是按照自给自足的目标来配备体育教师。运动场馆与体育器材设施在各高校分布严重不均衡,仅是满足于学校师生的健身需求,大众健身的主要功效未能充分发掘。运动场馆和体育器材设施的闲置率非常高。最后,围绕6个方面提出了普通高校实施体育资源一体化的理论构想与政策建议,以期能为相关部门提供决策参考。
Using the research methods of literature, field investigation and expert consultation, taking Chongqing University Town as a case, this paper discusses the theoretical conception and policy suggestion of implementing the integration of sports resources in colleges and universities in our country. First of all, this article elaborates the related concept of integration of sports resources in university city, combs the contents and features of integration of sports resources in Chongqing University City, and analyzes the meaning of the integration of sports resources in colleges and universities in our country from five aspects Secondly, according to the status quo and utilization efficiency of Chongqing University City sports resources, the professional titles, structure of academic qualifications and age distribution in Chongqing University City are more reasonable, and their sports skills are higher. rich. However, the mode of running schools in all universities is still relatively traditional. Mostly it is based on boarding system management and all are equipped with physical education teachers according to the goal of self-sufficiency. Sports venues and sports facilities in the distribution of serious imbalance in colleges and universities, just to meet the fitness needs of school teachers and students, the main effect of public fitness failed to fully exploit. Sports venues and sports facilities idle rate is very high. Finally, the author puts forward the theoretical ideas and policy suggestions on how to implement the integration of sports resources in colleges and universities in six aspects in order to provide relevant departments with decision-making references.
