成功研制开发了一种基于时间分辨荧光纳米微球的黄曲霉毒素B1快速定量检测试纸条,并在粮食谷物饲料等样品中对其检测性能进行了研究。该产品的最低检出限(LOD)为0.29μg/kg,最低定量限(LOQ)为0.91μg/kg,线性范围为1.00~50.00μg/kg,线性范围内的添加回收率为92.87%~121.33%,3次重复的变异系数在14.80%以内,与其它真菌毒素的交叉反应率均小于5%。其准确性和可靠性均可以满足欧盟和我国对黄曲霉毒素B1的分析标准的技术要求,且该方法具有简便快速、准确可靠、重复性好等特点,适合用于对粮食谷物饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1的进行快速定量测定。
A rapid quantitative test strip of aflatoxin B1 based on time-resolved fluorescent nanospheres has been successfully developed and its detection performance has been studied in samples of grain and grain feedstuffs. The lowest limit of detection (LOD) was 0.29μg / kg, the lowest limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.91μg / kg, the linear range was 1.00-50.00μg / kg, the linear recovery was 92.87% ~ 121.33 %, The coefficient of variation of three replicates was within 14.80%, and the cross-reactivity with other mycotoxins was less than 5%. Its accuracy and reliability can meet the technical requirements of the EU and China for the analysis of aflatoxin B1. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of Aspergillus flavus Toxin B1 for rapid and quantitative determination.
