近几年,从金县经委企业发展情况来看,1985年产值比1980年增长36.6％,而设备完好率却下降了3.1％,平均只有79％。照这样发展下去,企业的物质技术装备不是都要搞垮了么? 造成企业设备完好率逐年下降的原因是多方面的,但其主要原因有以下五个方面: 一、有些企业领导和负责人不懂得设备管理的好坏对企业长远经济效益的利害关系,更不太了解现代化的设备管理,工作带有很大的盲目性。
