1969年,Rygaard 首次报道人癌在裸鼠上移植成功。此后裸鼠人癌模型广泛用于实验性研究,以下简述实验性抗癌治疗的进展。一、化疗的研究裸鼠实验性治疗研究多采用肿瘤皮下移植,这种方法简便,并有利于观察。Bogden采用肾包膜下移植作药物筛选。这种部位移植的优点是:(1)肿瘤血供比较丰富,对化疗敏感性高;(2)可避免移植宿主的免疫反应,增加肿瘤浸润和转移机会;(3)每次实验要求动物少;(4)时间短,11~15天即可作药物疗效
In 1969, Rygaard first reported the successful transplantation of human cancer in nude mice. Since then, nude mouse human cancer models have been widely used in experimental studies. The following is a brief description of the progress of experimental anti-cancer therapies. First, the study of chemotherapy in nude mice experimental treatment of subcutaneous transplantation of tumors, this method is simple and conducive to observation. Bogden uses renal capsule grafts for drug screening. The advantages of this type of transplantation are: (1) The tumor is rich in blood supply and has high sensitivity to chemotherapy; (2) It can avoid the host’s immune response and increase the chance of tumor infiltration and metastasis; (3) The animal is required to be less in each experiment.
