近年来,人民法院审结的民事经济案件执难的情况日益严重,现已引起人民法院乃至全社会的高度重视,对执行难的问题,笔者认为: 一、要做到“审执结合”。现在很多法院都相继建立健全了执行机构,这是当前民事诉讼程序趋于完善的表现之一,同时也说明了人民法院高度重视了执行工作。但另一方面个别审判人员为了追求审结率,不注重法律适用和弄清事实等,给执行工作带来困难,所以还应进一步提倡审、执结合才对。二、要进一步提高执行工作人员的业务素质。在加强队伍建设的同时,还应适当增加执行活动工 In recent years, the people’s courts have concluded that the handling of civil economic cases is getting worse day by day.
