五月中旬,中国金属学会在鞍山市召开了全国首届露天采矿学术会议。参加会议的有冶金、煤炭和建工部等有关研究、设计、高等院校与生产矿山等53个单位的代表。中国金属学会副理事长、冶金部副部长刘彬同志到会讲了话,中国金属学会常务理事、冶金部矿山司马叔乾司长在会上作了重要发言。会上共收到论文和技术报告66篇,大会宣读了14篇,专业小组会宣读了31篇。与会代表结合论文报告与矿山实际情况,集中讨论了穿孔爆破、开拓运输和设计理论等三方面的重大技术问题。在讨论中充分发扬了学术民主,贯
In mid-May, China Metals Society held the first open-air mining conference in Anshan. Attending the meeting were representatives of 53 units related to research, design, institutions of higher learning and production of mines, such as metallurgy, coal and construction departments. Comrade Liu Bin, vice chairman of China Metallurgical Society and vice minister of metallurgical department, delivered a speech at the meeting. Director of China Metals Society and director of the Ministry of Metallurgical Mine made a key speech at the meeting. At the meeting, 66 papers and technical reports were received, 14 were read by the General Assembly and 31 were read by the professional group. The delegates combined with the paper report and the actual situation of the mine, focused on the three major technical issues of perforated blasting, open up transport and design theory.
