咖啡因是我国医药行业重要的出口创汇产品,全球90%以上使用的咖啡因均为我国生产。目前获取咖啡因的主要途径采取化学合成方法生产,该产品的合成路线较长,工艺流程包括11步化学反应和9步分离纯化过程,中间生产过程产生废水、废气较多,环保压力较大。研究用氢氧化钠取代碳酸钠与氯乙酸进行中和反应,合成氯乙酸钠,达到提高收率、降低成本、减少温室气体排放的目的。
Caffeine is an important export-earning product in China’s pharmaceutical industry. More than 90% of the global use of caffeine is produced in China. At present, the main route of caffeine production is chemical synthesis. The synthesis route of the product is long. The process includes 11 steps of chemical reaction and 9 steps of separation and purification process. The intermediate production process produces wastewater, which has more exhaust gas and greater environmental pressure. Sodium hydroxide was used to replace sodium carbonate and chloroacetic acid for neutralization reaction to synthesize sodium chloroacetate to achieve the purpose of increasing yield, reducing costs and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
