为探讨Hp 感染与胃粘膜肠化生及其增殖状态分型、硫酸化粘液分泌状况的关系,采用甲苯胺蓝染色法检测2 800 例胃粘膜活检组织及外科手术标本中Hp 的感染,并对187 例伴肠化生慢性萎缩性胃炎作免疫组化与粘液组化套染,进行肠化生增殖状态分型。结果显示胃粘膜出现肠化生和萎缩、癌变时,Hp 的检出率显著降低;Hp 感染与肠化生细胞是否分泌硫酸粘液无关;高增殖型肠化生中Hp 的检出率显著高于中、低增殖型。提示Hp 感染不仅在肠化生的发生中起作用,而且对肠化生细胞的增殖起促进作用,促进肠化生向异型增生过渡。
In order to investigate the relationship between Hp infection and intestinal metaplasia and its proliferative status and the status of sulfation mucus secretion, Hp infection in 2 800 gastric mucosal biopsies and surgical specimens was detected by toluidine blue staining. 187 patients with intestinal metaplasia chronic atrophic gastritis for immunohistochemistry and mucoid staining, intestinal metaplasia proliferation state typing. The results showed that intestinal mucosa metaplasia and atrophy, carcinogenesis, Hp detection rate was significantly reduced; Hp infection and intestinal metaplasia whether the secretion of sulfate mucus has nothing to do; high proliferative intestinal metaplasia Hp detection rate was significantly higher Medium and low proliferation type. Tip Hp infection not only play a role in the occurrence of intestinal metaplasia, but also promote the proliferation of intestinal metaplasia cells and promote intestinal metaplasia to dysplasia transition.
