中国在经历了三十多年的高速经济发展后,2010年我国的国民生产总值超过了日本,成为世界第二大的经济体。在《马克思主义政治经济学原理》中指出上层建筑是由经济基础决定,然而我们在“物质”增长水平震惊世界的同时,文化艺术领域(属于上层建筑之列)的发展却相对滞后,其中缘由很是值得深思。2014年10月,我在杭州观看了第十二届全国美展油画展,面对一幅幅国内顶尖的优秀作品,我被画家们深厚的功底和艺术修养所折服。但在欣赏完全部三层楼的画作之后我的内心却仍然平静,而缺少那种激情澎湃的情绪和心
After 30 years of rapid economic development in China, China’s GNP surpassed Japan in 2010 to become the second-largest economy in the world. In the “Principles of Marxist Political Economics”, it is pointed out that the superstructure is determined by the economic foundation. However, while the world is being shocked by the “material” growth, the development in the field of culture and the arts (belonging to the superstructure) lags behind. The reason is very worth pondering. In October 2014, I watched the 12th National Art Exhibition of Oil Painting in Hangzhou. In the face of one of the best top works in China, I was impressed by the deep skills and artistic accomplishments of painters.
