随着我国高炉喷煤技术的持续快速发展以及自动化控制技术的不断进步,提高高炉喷煤的自动化控制水平日益受到重视,提高能源综合利用效率和节能减排工作已经成为钢铁行业的主要工作目标。本文结合高炉喷煤自动控制系统的开发项目,以控制喷煤系统稳定,提高喷煤率为主线,开展高炉喷煤系统的设计与优化工作,通过采取高炉喷煤系统串级调节系统的有效投运,自动喷吹率过程控制状况稳定,达到工艺考核指标,完全满足现场生产的要求。
