铺设无缝轨道,由于受施工条件所限,锁定轨温不易控制在规定范围内,以及各种施工的影响,使锁定轨温不均或不明。这些都对养护维修工作不利,必须进行应力放散,把锁定轨温调整到规定的范围内。我们曾采用下面几种应力放散方法: 1.列车通过法共放散了27.5公里,计26根长轨节; 2.撞击法共放散了24.3公里,计18根长轨节; 3.滚筒法共放散了18.4公里,计19根长轨节。有关列车通过法,请参阅《铁路标准设计通讯》1972年第1期。现仅介绍撞击法和滚筒法。一、应力放散条件
Laying seamless tracks, due to the limited construction conditions, the temperature is not easy to control the locking temperature within the specified range, as well as the impact of various construction, the locking rail temperature uneven or unknown. These are adverse maintenance and repair work, we must stress relief, the locking rail temperature adjusted to the required range. We have used the following methods to dissipate stress: 1. The train has released 27.5 kilometers of 26 long-track sections through the law; 2. The impact method has released 24.3 kilometers of 18 long-track sections; Emancipated 18.4 km, 19 long track section.
