针对弛张筛在细粒煤炭筛分方面的需要及其动力学特性研究的空白,文章考察了工业型弛张筛的状况,从双质体非线性振动系统的角度分析了它的幅频特性,借助于计算机手段绘制了国产CZS系列三个规格弛张筛的幅频特性曲面,较之通常的幅频特性曲面,显示了其本质上的一致性及其特殊性。在此基础上,提出了采用近亚共振动力状态,即低频大幅工作条件的建议,完善了弛张筛在环保和节能应用中的理论和技术支持。
In view of the blank of the screening sieve of the fine-grained sieve and its kinetic characteristics, the paper reviews the situation of the industrial sieve, analyzes its amplitude-frequency characteristics from the perspective of the double-plastid nonlinear vibration system , With the help of computer, we draw the amplitude-frequency characteristic surface of the domestic CZS series three-dimensional relaxation sieve, showing its inherent consistency and its particularity compared with the usual amplitude-frequency characteristic surface. On this basis, the suggestion of adopting near sub-resonance dynamic state, that is, low frequency and large working conditions, is proposed, and the theoretical and technical support of relaxation screens for environmental protection and energy saving applications is perfected.
