黄绿苗浙12-12N突变体与其它芽黄突变体的基因等位性测验结果表明,浙黄绿苗基因与已鉴定的v1、v2、v3、v4、v5v6、v8、v9、v10、v11、v12、v14、v15、v16v17、v18、v19、v20等芽黄基因属非等位性。遗传研究结果表明,黄绿苗突变体浙12-12N的黄绿苗性状受一对隐性基因控制,与cu(杯状叶)、L°(鸡脚叶)、cr(皱缩叶)、fg(窄卷苞叶)、cl1(簇生铃)、gl1(无腺体-1)、ne1ne2(无蜜腺)等隐性基因均表现为独立遗传,该基因符号暂定为ygz。
