某工程项目场地较大,两次试桩的位置不同,PHC管桩承载力差别很大。我公司作为建设单位该项目的技术顾问,对该工程PHC管桩承载力差异大的原因进行了研究分析。通过对该工程场地岩土情况分析,并对不同岩土情况下的单桩承载力进行理论计算分析,阐述该工程PHC管桩承载力差异大的原因,总结PHC管桩承载力与岩土地质情况的对应关系,提出处理措施,为今后类似地基基础设计和施工提供借鉴。
