该研究的目的是探索苦荞的有效杂交方法及苦荞性状表达与基因之间的关系,为苦荞的杂交育种提供良好的方法.试验以栽培苦荞与野生苦荞为杂交亲本,利用人工常规去雄和人工常规辅助授粉、温汤去雄和利用放大镜人工辅助授粉、解剖镜下人工去雄和人工辅助授粉3种杂交方法开展杂交试验.结果表明:利用人工常规去雄和人工常规辅助授粉,杂交结实率为45%,但后代无分离现象;温汤去雄和利用放大镜人工辅助授粉,结实率为35.3%,后代具有分离现象;解剖镜下人工去雄和人工辅助授粉,杂交结实率为41.8%,后代具有分离现象.具分离现象的F1代植株生长势强,茎、叶、花、果、分枝和落粒性等性状表型与父本及母本具有明显的相关关系,表明杂交是真杂交.
