肺阻抗容积图对诊断慢性肺源性心脏病,多数人认为有一定意义,但尚未提出诊断标准。我们对1197名正常人肺阻抗容积图检查的同时,也对阻塞性肺气肿及慢性肺心病患者进行了该项检查,希望能在对比情况下找出对慢性肺心病的诊断标准。现将104例阻塞性肺气肿及55例慢性肺心病患者的肺阻抗容积图资料分析如下。
Pulmonary impedance volume chart for the diagnosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease, most people think there is some significance, but no diagnostic criteria. We examined 1197 normal pulmonary impedance voltammetry, but also on the examination of patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema and chronic pulmonary heart disease, hoping to find out the diagnostic criteria for chronic pulmonary heart disease in contrast. Now 104 cases of obstructive pulmonary emphysema and 55 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease pulmonary volume data analysis as follows.
