80/20效率法则(the 80/20 principle),又称为帕累托法则,即指,20%的事态成因,可以导致80%的事态结果。比如一个公司80%的利润、收入,每每来自于20%的好客户,20%的好卖产品,20%的卖命员工。“80/20”原理对于企业管理者的一个重要启示便是:避免将时间花在琐碎的多数问题上,因为就算你花了80%的时间,你也只能取得20%的成效:你应该将时间花于重要的少数问题上,因为掌握了这些重要的少数问题,你只花20%的时间,即可取得80%的成效。运用“80/20效率法则”管理人力资本,有可能使组织中人力资本的使用效
