1986年5月,我在《复旦学报》发表了《从“儒家资本主义”看中西体用之争》一文,相继受《人民日报》、《光明日报》约稿,又发表《日本经济发达的文化溯源》和《从“Z 理论”看当代管理思想发展趋势》两文。1987年,我又写了《“苹果梨”:日本变异体文化》七万字的小册子,湖南文艺出版社的张自文编辑给冠以《全盘西化的外衣与东方文明的躯体》于1988年4月出版。没料想,此书在香港引起反响,香港中文大学邀请我前去讲学。本以为我对于日本文化的研究可告一段落,可是没想到,日本的三部系列政论文集又引起我的兴趣……
In May 1986, I published “Fighting the Civil War between China and the West” from “Confucian Capitalism” in the “Fudan Journal” and received the texts of “People’s Daily” and “Guangming Daily” in succession and “Japan Economy Developed culture trace ”and“ from ”Z theory “ to see the development trend of contemporary management thoughts ”two articles. In 1987, I also wrote a booklet entitled “Apple Pear”: “Japanese Variant Culture” with 70,000 words in length. Zhang Ziwen, editor of Hunan Literature and Art Publishing House, gave the title of “Full Westernized Outerwear and the Body of Eastern Civilization” in 1988 Published in April. Unexpectedly, the book aroused repercussions in Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong invited me to lecture.
