本文通过对大麦雄性不育系的选育、大麦杂种优势及杂种大麦制种技术3个问题的讨论,阐述了大麦杂种优势利用研究国内外进展情况;分析了长期以来国内许多单位大麦杂种优势利用研究进展缓慢的原因;结合作者的研究结果,重点对新培育的大麦雄性不育系“亲270A”及其高产组合“盐258”的应用进行介绍。“盐258”是国内第1个参加江苏省区试的杂交大麦高产组合,第1年参试产量比对照种增产11.10%,加强对该组合制种、高产栽培技术的研究,必将对大麦杂种优势的利用研究起着积极推动作用,通过对“盐258”及其亲本的研究和利用,提出了大麦杂种优势利用研究的目标。
This article discussed three issues of barley male sterile line breeding, heterosis of barley and barley seed production technology, expounded the progress of heterosis utilization of barley at home and abroad; analyzed the heterosis utilization of many unit barley in China And the reasons for the slow progress of the research. Based on the research results of the author, the application of the new progeny barley male sterile line “pro-270A” and its high-yielding combination “salt 258” is introduced. “Salt 258” is the first high-yield hybrid combination of barley in Jiangsu province. The yield of the first trial was 11.10% higher than that of the control, and the study on the combination and high-yielding cultivation techniques will be strengthened. The research on heterosis utilization of barley plays an active role in promoting the utilization of barley. Through the research and utilization of “Salt 258” and its parents, the research goal of utilization of heterosis in barley has been proposed.
