五十年代以来,增压技术的发展,使柴油机的平均有效压力不断提高(图1)。提高柴油机功率的途径,归根结底是增加实际进入气缸内的空气量。法国热机研究所的经验表明,增加相同空气量时,采用提高进气压力的方法比降低进气温度的方法来得容易。该所在PA6型柴油机上采用两级增压的BTC系统以后,把标准的PA6型柴油机的压缩比从12.5降低到8.5,通过了一系列的试验研究工作,并且成功地解决了试验过程中出现的各种技术问题,在保持最高爆发压力不提高的情况下,达到了提高柴油机功率的目的。
Since the 1950s, the development of booster technology has resulted in an ever-increasing average effective pressure on diesel engines (Figure 1). The way to increase diesel engine power is to increase the amount of air that actually enters the cylinder. The French Institute of Heat Engineers’ experience shows that it is easier to increase the intake pressure than to reduce the intake air temperature when increasing the same amount of air. After the two-stage supercharged BTC system on the PA6 diesel engine, the compression ratio of the standard PA6 diesel engine was reduced from 12.5 to 8.5, and passed a series of experimental research work and successfully solved the problems that occurred during the test All kinds of technical problems have achieved the goal of raising the power of diesel engines while maintaining the highest explosive pressure.
