领导人员培训工作是加强领导人员队伍建设的先导性、基础性、战略性工程。2010年以来,内蒙古北方重工业集团有限公司(以下简称北方重工集团)结合公司自身发展实际,在充分调研的基础上,转变培训理念、创新培训方式、突出培训效果,领导人员培训工作迈出了有力的步伐、取得了积极的成效,为完成经营目标提供了有力的支撑,上半年公司利润同比增长6500万元,EVA改善度为41.1%,超出集团公司下达指标26个百分点。
