1992年是天津市价值工程推广应用工作继续深入发展,并取得新的较大经济效益的一半。据统计,全市共实现市级价值工程应用成果194项,企业增收直接经济效益1.55亿元(应当指出,一些价值工程应用成果项目在某些亏损企业或亏损产品中,其增收效益常常体现为减少亏损额),不仅完成了市价值工程应用研究会提出全年组织价值工程重点应用成果实现增收效益7000万元的工作目标,而且比去年实现的效益1.26亿元增长了23％。
