目的:探索中国地市级医院如何才能适应医改形势下的新经济环境,并保持持续的增长。方法:利用五力模型分析地市级医院当前所面临的新环境。结果:迈克尔·波特(Michael E.Porter)的五力模型为医院如何保持持续的竞争力提供了理论依据;他强调运行效益并不是战略;运行效益是必须的,但是不充分的;战略的实质存在于运营活动中——选择不同于竞争对手的运营活动,或者不同于竞争对手的活动实施方式。结论:医改新形式下地市级医院的发展战略:以发展壮大医院为基本导向的多元化成长型战略。
Objective: To explore how China’s prefecture-level hospitals can adapt to the new economic environment under the medical reform and maintain a sustained growth. Methods: The five-force model was used to analyze the new environment currently facing municipal hospitals. Results: The five-power model by Michael E. Porter provides a rationale for how hospitals sustain continued competitiveness; he emphasizes that operating efficiency is not a strategy; operational efficiency is necessary but not sufficient; and strategic The substance lies in the activity of the operation - the choice of an operation different from that of a competitor or an operation of an activity different from that of a competitor. Conclusion: The development strategy of municipal hospitals under the new form of medical reform: a diversified and growth-oriented strategy based on the development and expansion of hospitals.
