目的:建立吹脱捕集-毛细管气相色谱法测定饮用水及水源水中苯系物检测方法。方法:采用美国OI4660吹脱捕集仪,极性毛细管柱(HP-INNOWAX,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),程序升温的方式。结果:8种苯系物分离良好,检测限在0.587~1.65μg/L之间,方法线性为0.999以上,相对标准偏差在2%~9%,回收率在81.0%~119%之间。结论:该方法灵敏、准确及简便。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of benzene series in drinking water and drinking water by capillary gas chromatography with desorption-capture-capillary gas chromatography. Methods: The temperature was programmed by the OI4660 desorption trap and polar capillary column (HP-INNOWAX, 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm). Results: The eight kinds of benzene compounds were separated well with the detection limit of 0.587-1.65μg / L. The linearity was 0.999 and the relative standard deviation was between 2% and 9%. The recoveries ranged from 81.0% to 119%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and simple.
