2006年底,河南省开封军分区所属的5个县(区)人武部顺利通过省军区达标考核,省军区首长机关对该军分区党委立足艰苦条件搞建设的做法给予充分肯定和高度评价。近两年来,开封军分区党委认真贯彻落实科学发展观,在经费紧张、基础条件较差的情况下,自我加压强素质,迎难而上谋发展,部队和民兵预备役建设取得了长足进步,民兵整组、军事训练、国防教育、征兵、民兵装备仓库管理等20多项工作先后受到总部、军区的表彰奖励。
By the end of 2006, the armed forces departments of five counties (districts) under the Kaifeng Military Sub-district in Henan Province passed the provincial military assessment of compliance with the standards. The provincial military authority fully affirmed and spoke highly of the construction of the military-based district party committee based on the difficult conditions. In the past two years, the party committee of the Kaifeng military sub-district conscientiously implemented the scientific concept of development.
