通过对10所乡医院现职领导接受卫生管理教育的调查,有8%的现职领导接受过管理函授教育,有8%现职领导接受过3月以上较为系统的卫生管理培训,另有12%的现职领导接受了一个月的卫生管理培训,而脱产培训不满一周和尚未参加卫生管理培训的现职领导占48%。调查表明,造成这一状况有多种主、客观原因。本调查针对存在的问题,提出了一些建设性的意见。
Eight percent of current leaders received management correspondence education through surveys of the current leadership of 10 township hospitals in health management education. Eight percent of active leaders received more than three months of more systematic health management training and an additional 12 percent of active employees The leaders received a one-month training in health management, while those in less than one week of full-time training and those not yet trained in health management accounted for 48%. The survey shows that there are many kinds of subjective and objective reasons for this situation. The survey made some constructive suggestions on the existing problems.
