The soft power of corporate culture needs to be implemented in the field of enterprise management and grassroots team management. This is an inevitable choice and must-do for highlighting the corporate culture’s functions and advantages. As a subordinate culture of business owner culture, sub-culture can exert the function of cohesion, orientation, encouragement, restraint and radiation of enterprise culture to the utmost extent only if it is rooted in the field of production, operation and management and grass-roots team.
