很长时期以来,深受应试教育的禁锢,教书育人被束缚在死板、教条、固步自封的框架上。尤其是英语教师,更是身陷窘境。究其原因,不外因循守旧,一味致力于课堂填压,教师讲,学生听,运用“记问之学”,强教强学。教学的主要精力都放在了语言知识的传授学习上,而忽略了对学生自身语用技能的培养。因此,应该说创造性思维能力的培养和实践性技术能力的训练,才是英语教学的核心。 既然英语教学的核心不单是语言知识,而还是一门实践性很强的课程,那么就很有必要突破课堂讲授另辟蹊径,创造一个相对宽松、和谐的英语环境,让学生置身于语言表达的氛围中,产生游梦于异国他乡之感,从而调动学生学习的积极性,激发学习兴趣。
