本文以徐某诉深圳某公司赔偿金纠纷一案为例,探讨了现阶段法律规定的用人单位行使解除权必须通知工会等程序的必要性,并据此提出了一些建议。
This article takes the case of compensation dispute of a company in Xumou v. Shenzhen as an example to discuss the necessity of notifying labor unions and other procedures that the employer at the present stage should exercise the right of cancellation according to the law and put forward some suggestions accordingly.
