以盆栽玉米（掖单4号）幼苗为材料，在土壤缓慢干旱条件下研究了6－BA，IAA对玉米叶片伸长速度、叶基部ψw，ψs和ψp的影响。结果表明：软化细胞壁是6－BA，IAA促进叶片伸长生长的重要原因。
The effects of 6-BA and IAA on the leaf elongation, leaf base ψw, ψs and ψp of maize were studied under potted maize (Yedan No.4) seedlings under slow soil drought conditions. The results showed that softening of cell wall was the main reason for 6-BA and IAA to promote leaf elongation.
