在应用水合灌注法(Hydropriming)时,观察发现可以通过水合处理提高种子质量。花椰菜(Brassica oleraced L.CV. Alpha Paloma)的水合灌注包括:在水中浸种5小时,然后在室温下相对湿度为100%的密闭容器中培育3天。未完全或熟和人工促熟的种子接受水合灌注处理,以同渗透灌注处理法(osmopriming,用于20℃下—1.5兆帕的聚乙二醇处理1周)相比较。这些种子分别在10℃、20℃、30℃条件下检验发芽情况。未完全成熟种子经水合灌注处理后,发芽率得以显著提高,尤其在10℃情况下,甚至比渗透灌注处理的更高,凡在渗透灌注处理中,只有人工促熟种子的正常苗数有所提高。
When hydropriming was applied, it was observed that the seed quality could be improved by hydration. Hydration perfusion of Brassica oleracea L. CV. Alpha Paloma involves soaking in water for 5 hours and then in an airtight vessel at 100% relative humidity at room temperature for 3 days. Seeds that had not been fully or cooked and hand primed were hydrated and compared to osmopriming (polyethylene glycol at -1.5 MPa at 20 ° C for 1 week). These seeds were tested at 10 ℃, 20 ℃, 30 ℃ under the conditions of germination. The germination rate of incompletely matured seeds was significantly increased after hydration perfusion, especially at 10 ℃, even higher than that of infiltration perfusion treatment. Only the normal number of seedlings improve.
