大同矿务局机修厂和山西省煤炭工业研究所组成的液压支架“三结合”小组,于1970年11月研制出适用于煤峪口矿九号层的TZ—140型四柱垛式液压自移支架145架,并进行了为期两年的第一阶段工业性试验。试验结束后,支架进行大修,于1973年11月15日又重返井下,开始第二阶段工业性试验,机修后的支架,经受了多次矿山压力的考验,情况良好,各项技术经济指标都达到了试验以来的新水平。
Datong Mining Bureau Machine Repair Factory and Shanxi Province Coal Industry Research Institute’s “Three Combinations” hydraulic support group developed a TZ-140 four-column rammed hydraulic self-moving system suitable for the No. 9 formation of coal mines in November 1970. The stents were 145 frames and a two-year first phase industrial trial was conducted. After the end of the test, the stents were overhauled and returned to the underground on November 15, 1973. The second phase of industrial tests was started. After the mechanical repair, the stents were subjected to numerous tests of mine pressure. The conditions were good and the technical and economic indicators All have reached a new level since the experiment.
