In this paper, the railway running department considers the dynamic stability of the linear motion of the bogie frame with elasticity in the horizontal plane. When studying the dynamic stability of the frame or bogie running section, the wheelsets installed in the frame without traversing and deflection and the frame connected with them are regarded as absolutely rigid body. It is assumed that the center of gravity of the traveling portion is located on the horizontal surface of the center pin of the bogie.
