不同的学生个体在教育教学中总会产生个体差异,而这种差异在数学这一门学科中表现得尤其明显。不少教师将目光紧盯在优等生上,对他们关爱有加,而对那些学习成绩差的学生视而不见甚至于歧视,这是很不好的一种做法。初中处于义务教育阶段,其教育教学的主要目的是普及文化知识,培养社会公民起码的文化素养,而不是淘汰式的精英教育。所以,我们的初中数学教育教学一定要面向全体学生,让每一个学生都能得到应有的发展。这一点在初中数学教学大纲与课程标准中都已明确指出,因此,我们数学教师一定要正视学生之间的发展差异,对所有学生一视同仁,帮助学困生解决实际问题,让他们尽快赶上来,这才是我们应该做的。
Different individual students always produce individual differences in education and teaching, and this difference is particularly evident in the discipline of mathematics. Many teachers look closely at the top students, care more about them, and ignore or even discriminate against students who have poor academic performance. This is a very bad practice. Junior high school is in the stage of compulsory education. The main purpose of education and teaching is to popularize cultural knowledge and cultivate the minimum cultural literacy of social citizens rather than eliminating elite education. Therefore, our junior high school math education teaching must be for all students, so that every student can get the proper development. This point has been clearly pointed out in junior high school mathematics syllabus and curriculum standards. Therefore, we mathematics teachers must face the development differences between students, treating all students equally and helping them to solve practical problems so that they can catch up as soon as possible, This is what we should do.
