Objective: To investigate the effects of motivational interviews on drug compliance and blood pressure in patients with hypertension-controlled hypertension. Methods: One hundred patients with hypertension with poor blood pressure control who were diagnosed and treated from June 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education method, and the intervention group adopted motivation interview Intervention methods, medication compliance and blood pressure control before and after the two groups were compared. Results: At the first and third months after intervention, the medication compliance of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). At 3 months after the intervention, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions: Motivational interviews can effectively improve medication adherence in patients with hypertension control of community blood pressure.
