目的 :了解肿瘤坏死因子系统在急性风湿热 (ARF)中的作用。方法 :用ELISA法对ARF、风湿性心脏病风湿活跃期 (活动期组 ) ,风湿性心脏病风湿静止期 (静止期组 )及健康人对照组血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体I(sTN FRI)水平进行检测 ,并与血沉 (ESR) ,C反应蛋白 (CRP)进行相关分析。结果 :活动期组血清sTNFRI浓度为 (3 92±1 2 8)ng·ml- 1 明显高于静止期组 (1 43± 0 6 6 )ng·ml- 1 及健康人对照组 (1 0 6± 0 42 )ng·ml- 1 (均 P<0 .0 1 ) ;静止期组与健康人对照组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。活动期组血清sTNFRI改变与CRP呈正相关 (r =0 82 4 ,P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :ARF患儿血清sTNFRI水平可作为判断风湿活跃的一项实验室指标。
Objective: To understand the role of tumor necrosis factor system in acute rheumatic fever (ARF). Methods: Serum levels of soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor I (sTN FRI), ARF, rheumatic heart disease rheumatoid active phase (active phase group), rheumatic heart disease rheumatic quiescent (quiescent phase) and healthy human control group were detected by ELISA. Level, and ESR and C-reactive protein (CRP) were analyzed. Results: The serum sTNFRI level in active stage group was significantly higher than that in quiescent group (432 ± 126) ng · ml-1 and healthy control group ± 0.42 ng · ml -1 (all P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the control group and the quiescent group (P> 0.05). Serum sTNFRI changes in active stage were positively correlated with CRP (r = 0 82 4, P <0 0 01). Conclusion: The level of serum sTNFRI in children with ARF can be used as a laboratory index to judge the active rheumatism.
