关于各级人民政府工作人员在患病期间的待遇问题,因牵涉较多,目前尚难定出固定的比较完善的办法,但此项问题,又非有解决的依据不可,因此,暂时规定下列各项,请即依照处理。中央财政部人事部于一九五二年五月八日电发『关于长期休养人员分配名额及经费问题之规定』及一九五二年六月十四日所发的『各级人民政府工作人员患病期间待遇暂行办法』均同时废止。(一)各级人民政府及其所属机关(包括事业费开支单位)、各民主党派、人民团体、公立学校之供给制、工资制工作人员(包括斡部学员)患病期间的待遇,均适用本办法。(二)工作人员患病后,需要停止工作治疗或休养者,均应经卫生部门所指定之诊疗机构的诊断证明(除证明该工作人员所患何种疾病外,并应具体规定其停止工作治疗休养之期限),并经其所在工作机关的审核批准(区一律经县)。如治疗休养期满后,仍需继续治疗休养者
