我国北方冬季,在-10℃左右进行砌体工程施工难度较大,费用较高。我们在某公寓工程基础施工中,应用了简易塑料薄膜大棚保温,棚内温度比室外高10℃左右,既保证了施工质量,又改善了工人的操作环境,提高了工作效率。具体作法如下。一、大棚构造该工程基坑长55m,宽18m,深2.6m。用48脚手架钢管和22钢筋做大棚骨架,其中以48钢管为立柱,间距2.25m,排距2.50m,配以48钢管纵横拉杆,形成空间网架结构体系。用22钢筋弯成弧形
In northern China in winter, masonry construction around -10°C is difficult and costly. In the basic construction of an apartment project, we used a simple plastic film greenhouse insulation. The temperature inside the shed was about 10°C higher than that of the outdoor one. This not only ensured the construction quality, but also improved the workers’ operating environment and improved the work efficiency. The specific practices are as follows. 1.
