[目的]了解病原微生物实验室生物安全柜生物安全使用现况。[方法]2008年8月对嘉定区35户已备案的二级病原微生物实验室的44台生物安全柜采取使用现况调查和对15台生物安全柜进行安全性能现场检测。[结果]44台生物安全柜安装时进行过安全性能检测的生物安全柜占4.55%,使用过程中进行日常定期检测、维护的生物安全柜占0%;现场抽检的15台生物安全柜,安全性能不合格占46.67%。[结论]生物安全柜安全性能监测、维护不规范,直接影响了安全性能的合格率,其不仅会影响到检验标本的检验结果,还会影响到生物安全柜操作人员的身体健康。落实生物安全柜的安全性能监测、维护已势在必行。
[Objective] To understand the current situation of biological safety of pathogenic microorganism laboratory biological safety cabinets. [Method] In August 2008, 44 biosafety cabinets in 35 registered second-stage pathogenic microorganisms laboratories in Jiading District were surveyed and the on-site safety performance of 15 biosafety cabinets was tested. [Result] The occupancy rate of biosafety cabinets with safety performance testing during the installation of 44 biosafety cabinets accounted for 4.55%. The biosafety cabinets which were routinely inspected and maintained during use accounted for 0%. Fifteen biosafety cabinets were spot-checked for safety Unfavorable performance accounted for 46.67%. [Conclusion] The safety performance monitoring and maintenance of biological safety cabinets have a direct impact on the passing rate of safety performance, which will not only affect the test results of test specimens but also affect the health of biological safety cabinets operators. It is imperative to implement safety monitoring and maintenance of biological safety cabinets.
