“兵马未到,粮草先行。”医院以医疗、科研、教学工作为主体,但后勤工作也是整个医院工作不可忽视的组成部分。特别是食堂管理工作,要适应医疗、教学、科研工作的发展,满足病人、陪护者以及职工的生活需求,开创食堂管理工作科学化、规范化的新局面,就必须完善管理工作责任制。近五年我院作了初步尝试,现将主要做法简介如下: 医院食堂管理责任制主要包括激励机制和约束机制两部分。
